2. Customer Obligations

• By submitting your order to EYES FUSION OPTOMETRISTS you confirm:
  
• Submission of any Order represents an offer to Purchase goods from EYES FUSION OPTOMETRISTS, and we may confirm with an email.
  
• You are in possession of a written prescription for your spectacles that has been given to you by a suitably qualified Eye Care Practitioners in the last 12 months. In this case you can send a prescription copy to our email info@eyesfusion.com along with your order Id and our staff will contact you.
  
• For online orders – You should be aged 18 or above.
  

3. Ordering

• Orders to EYES FUSION OPTOMETRISTS can be submitted on www.EyesFusion.com or by visiting our outlet. You can even email us too.
  
• Once a successful Online order is been placed, you will be notified with an email. If you chose the option Order Now, you will be emailed or called by our team for further assistance. Exact delivery date may not be seen in case of Order Now.
  
• In case of Prescription wear, orders will start only after the payment completion and reviewed and authorized by our Eye Care Practitioners. 
  
• In case of non-prescription your orders we will start processing once the payment received. In both the scenarios, you will be notified by email.
  

4. Limitations of Supply

• We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of Goods. If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.
  
• On the advice of our Eye Care Practitioners, we have absolute discretion as to whether or not to accept your Order.
  
• If considered necessary or appropriate before an Order is accepted, EYES FUSION OPTOMETRISTS Dispensing Opticians have absolute discretion:
  
• In exceptional circumstances arrange a free face to face consultation with customers.
  
• To request you to send us a copy of your written prescription.
  
• To request you to obtain a new written prescription from your optician.
  

5. Prices and Payment

• We will use best endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the prices and price related information stated in our current catalog and on the Site.
  

6. Delivery and Carriage

• We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order.
  
• You will be notified by email at the time your Goods are dispatched.
  
• Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your Order.
  
• Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them to satisfy themselves that any goods delivered to them are as expected.
  
• In the case of non-delivery, if either EYES FUSION OPTOMETRISTS or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.
